International Checkout has a purchasing team that works around the clock placing orders on our merchant partners' sites on behalf of international customers, following the domestic checkout procedures that are already in place, shipping to our California depot.
We pay in guaranteed US Dollars! When our purchasing team checks out on your site, they will pay with a US corporate credit card. Merchant partners never need to extend credit or terms.
We inspect, re-pack, and ship the order that same day! Each package is opened and inspected for damage and accuracy (correct color, size, etc.). Then, the merchandise is re-packed and processed for shipment. The end customer receives a shipping confirmation and tracking number that same day.
We facilitate Returns and Exchanges in accordance with the policies already posted on the merchant's site! International customers must submit a Return Authorization request to International Checkout. Our RMA specialists will then determine whether the merchandise is eligible for return based upon the merchant's existing Return and Exchange policies. When an RMA is issued, the customer ships the merchandise to our depot. The merchant will process the return or exchange exactly the same as it would any other domestic order.
