Sweet Strawberry Muffins
2 1/2 cups Augason Farms Buttermilk Pancake Mix
1 1/4 cups water
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Augason Farms Dried Whole Eggs
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup Augason Farms FD Sliced Strawberries, crushed

Muffin Topping:
4 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Mix all muffin ingredients together until well blended. Fill muffin liners 2/3 full. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 350°F. While still warm, roll muffin tops in melted butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture.
