Our Roast Beef has been seasoned just right, cooked and then freeze dried to lock in the color, texture, flavor and size of fresh roast beef. Then we package it for long-term storage using a sealed #10 can and an oxygen absorber. Because it has been prepared and packaged for long-term storage, this allows you to enjoy the heartiness of beef now or in years to come. It re-hydrates into tender, bite-sized chunks that retain much of their original flavor, size, and texture.

Ingredients: Freezed-Dried Cooked Beef, Salt. No Additional Additives or Preservatives.
Allergens: Processed in a plant that handles milk, wheat, egg, soybean, peanut and tree nut products.
Directions: Mix 3/4 cup of Freeze-Dried Roast Beef to 1 1/2 cups of warm water. Let sit 5 minutes and drain off excess liquid. Yields 3/4 cup of roast beef for your favorite recipes, meat pies, stews, soups, sandwiches and much more.
