Ingredients: Hard red wheat, oat groats, triticale berries, rye berries, dehulled barley, soft white wheat, spelt berries, hard white wheat, flax.
Allergens: Contains wheat. Processed in a plant that handles wheat, egg, milk, soybean, peanut, and tree nut products.
Directions: Cook ¼ cup in ½ cup water for 10 to 15 minutes or until tender. Serve with honey and milk. For bread dough, soak 1/3 cup in 1 cup hot water.
