Ingredients: Enriched Wheat Flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine, mononitrate, folic acid), Whole Wheat Flour, Wheat Bran, Brown Sugar, Soybean Oil, Salt, Honey, Soybean Lecithin Datem, Pregelatinized Wheat Starch, Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate, Calcium Sulfate, Enzyme, Monoglycerides and Ascorbic Acid (vitamin C).

Directions: Combine 2 1/2 cups mix with 1 TB of Instant yeast for 20 seconds. Add 3/4 cups warm water and mix on low speed for 1 minute increase speed to medium and mix for 10-12 minutes or until dough is smooth, dry and elastic. Place dough in oiled bowl and cover in a warm place to let rise for 15 minutes. Remove dough to a floured surface, knead by hand for a few strokes then form dough into a smooth loaf, tucking edges underneath loaf. Place loaf into greased bread pan. Cover bread and let rise in a warm place for approximately 40 minutes, or until dough has roughly doubled in size. Bake in preheated 400°F oven for 20-25 minutes or until bread is golden brown.
FOR ROLLS: Divide dough into individual rolls as desired, cover and let rise as above. Bake in preheated 400°F oven for 20-25 minutes or until bread is golden brown. Bake rolls for approximately 12-15 minutes. Brush top with butter if desired and allow to cool on cooling rack.
