Ingredients: Enriched Wheat Flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine, mononitrate, folic acid), Sugar, Soybean Oil, Wheat Gluten, Lactic Acid, Acetic Acid, Datem, Pregelatinized Wheat Starch, Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate, Calcium Sulfate, Enzyme, Monoglycerides and Ascorbic Acid (vitamin C).

Directions: Combine 6 cups mix, 2 TB yeast and mix with an electric mixer for 15 seconds, add 2 cups warm water and mix on low speed for 1 minute. Then increase to medium speed for 10-12 minutes, until dough is smooth, dry and elastic, place dough into a lightly sprayed bowl then cover and let raise in warm area for 15 minutes.
Divide dough into three equal pieces and form into 3 french bread-style loaves. Place on a lightly sprayed or parchment lined baking sheet. Make a few decorative, diagonal cuts on top. Cover loaves, place in a warm are and let rise approximately 35-45 minutes. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
