Crock-pot Cheese & Chive Potato Shreds
4 cups Augason Farms Dehydrated Potato Shreds
4 cups prepared Augason Farms Creamy Potato Soup Mix
2 cups Colby Jack Cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 - 8 oz. pkg. chive and onion cream cheese
Bring 2 quarts of water to a boil, add potato shreds, simmer 15 minutes, drain. Combine potato shreds, soup, Colby Jack Cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper. Place in a greased 3 quart crock-pot. Cook on low for 3 1/2 hours. Stir in chive and onion cream cheese before serving.
Creamy Potato Quiche
1 cup Augason Farms Creamy Potato Soup Mix - dry
1 2/3 cup water
3 tablespoons Augason Farms Dried Whole Eggs
2 tablespoons Augason Farms Bacon Flavored Bits Vegetarian Meat Substitute
1/4 cup Augason Farms Freeze Dried Broccoli Florets & Stems
1/4 cup Augason Farms Dehydrated Mushroom Slices
1 tablespoon Augason Farms Dehydrated Diced Red & Green Bell Peppers
1 to 2 cups grated or cubed Swiss cheese
1 unbaked pie crust
Whisk together Creamy Potato Soup Mix, egg powder and water. Add the remaining ingredients to egg mixture and let stand for 15 minutes. Pour into unbaked pie crust and bake for 35 to 45 minutes at 350°F.
