Carolina Style Barbecue Sauce
1 cup prepared yellow mustard
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup Augason Farms Brown Sugar
3/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon white pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon liquid smoke (hickory flavoring)

Mix all except soy, butter and smoke. Simmer 30 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer for 10 more minutes.

Mini Smoked Sausages
1 (16 ounce) package little smokies sausages
1 pound bacon
1 cup Augason Farms Brown Sugar, or to taste

Cut bacon strips into thirds and wrap each strip around a little sausage. Place wrapped sausages on wooden skewers, several to a skewer. Arrange skewers on baking sheet and sprinkle them liberally with brown sugar. Bake at 350°F until bacon is crisp and the brown sugar melted.
